The permit to operate a healthcare facility was issued by the Bratislava Self-Governing Region. The permit and the name of the professional representative are displayed at the entrance to the surgery and we will gladly show them to you on request.

If you are not satisfied with the care or with the way you were treated, write to us first directly at [email protected] or call +421 940 500 255. We will deal with the submission within 30 days. If you do not agree with the way it was dealt with, you may turn to the Health Care Surveillance Authority (udzs-sk.sk) or to the Bratislava Self-Governing Region, which issued the operating permit.
